From vaginal steaming to pH-balancing wipes, the wellness industry has made billions selling women a warped idea of what “healthy” looks and feels like down there. HER Session rips the lid off the shame, silence, and pseudo-science that surround vaginal and vulval health.

We’re diving deep into the myths that still dominate everything from school sex ed to social media - from “tightness” to discharge to detoxing - and exploring how misinformation not only impacts how we feel about our bodies, but how we care for them.

We’ll also unpack the often-ignored world of pelvic floor health including symptoms too many women are told to “just live with,” like leaking, pain during sex, and heaviness and why seeing a pelvic floor physio might just be one of the best things you do for your health.
