Voodoo Jürgens & die Ansa Panier present themselves in 2026, revitalised and completely revamped as a live band, just in time for their tenth anniversary. Rumour has it that Voodoo has been working on new material in the far north of Germany, where Heintje once sang about his ‘Mama’.The first three Voodoo albums, ‘Ansa Woar’, ‘`s klane Glücksspiel’ and ‘Wie die Nocht noch jung wor’, are all already deserved classics of Austrian pop, and equally form a kind of Sturm & Drang trilogy of early Voodoo.Now, with album four, a rejuvenation of the sound is on the cards; a new beginning in sound and vision.
