This workshop focuses on healthy conflict culture and constructive feedback: how to give it, how to receive it, and how to protect your self-worth in the process. You’ll reflect on your own conflict patterns and gain practical tools for handling difficult situations and power dynamics.
Together with certified systemic mental coach for creatives Silvia Seitl, we’ll create an open space for learning, exchange, and stronger collaboration.
