This 3-hour online training provides a structured and practical foundation for working in Empower™ CDS, with a focus on efficient and GMP-compliant routine analysis.

The session is designed for analysts working in pharmaceutical and regulated laboratories who want to work confidently in Empower — from data acquisition through processing to final reporting.

You will learn how Empower is structured, how routine analyses are performed in practice, and how to handle typical challenges such as integration issues and corrections.
A dedicated part of the training focuses on manual integration in Empower and how to perform it in a GMP-compliant way.

The focus is on clear workflows, transparency, and practical application in daily lab work.

Inessa Peters is an Empower™ CDS trainer and consultant, and founder of LabWissen (Switzerland).
With a background in pharmaceutical QC and GMP, and experience at Waters Germany, she supports laboratories in improving efficiency, workflows, and data handling in Empower. Her trainings are practical and focused on direct application in daily lab work.
