Domplatz, 2700 Wiener Neustadt

In the special acoustic space of the Liebfrauendom in Wiener Neustadt, the Wiener Akademie Orchestra presents a program that explores two great sound worlds: the festive sacred music of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and the visionary tonal language of Franz Liszt.

The concert begins with Mozart's magnificent Church Sonata KV 278 and the equally radiant Exsultate jubilate KV 165 – a work performed by Miriam Kutrowatz in the soprano role.

The second part takes us into the world of Romanticism: Franz Liszt's monumental symphony based on Dante's "Divina Commedia," whose musical journey from "Inferno" through "Purgatorio" to "Paradiso" unfolds a special intensity within the church space.

An evening that demonstrates how powerful and diverse music can be experienced in a sacred space – supported by the ladies of the Wiener Singverein, the Wiener Akademie Orchestra, and under the musical direction of Martin Haselböck.

Ideal for anyone who appreciates extraordinary sound art and seeks special musical moments.
