Find your flow on the water. Yoga is about mindfulness and inner balance, but here it takes it up a notch! Today, you will step onto a stand-up paddleboard for the asanas. First, there will be an introduction and a dry training session on land. After that, it's off to the water. Paddle with and against the current of the Enz. Do you have the hang of it? Then challenge yourself with the more difficult exercises and push your limits a little. The next two hours will be wobbly, so don’t let yourself lose balance and show your inner strength! Don’t be afraid of the water! Join us for SUP Yoga and show what you can do.

Content:
- 2-hour SUP Yoga session
- Introduction & briefing on land
- Execution of various yoga asanas on the river
- Equipment (SUP boards & life jackets)

Participants:
- Voucher valid for 1 person
- Group size: 5 - 10 people
- Duration: Total duration approx. 2 hours; Pure experience duration approx. 1 hour

Equipment & Clothing:
- To bring: Neoprene shorty (if available), change of clothes, swimwear
- Provided: SUP board, paddle, container for valuables

Participation requirements:
- Minimum age: 12 years
- Maximum weight: 95 kg
- Swimming skills
- Signing a liability waiver on site
