Radstadt Christmas Hike

The romantically torch-lit hike begins at the Loreto Church and follows the "Kaiserpromenade" through the snowy winter forest over the "Bräuleiten" to the town square of Radstadt, where the Advent market takes place. During the approximately 1-hour circular walk, visitors find themselves in an incomparably romantic atmosphere in the heart of the winter forest. This year, the "longest Advent calendar in Europe" is a highlight of the hikes. Along the entire route, 24 internally illuminated windows featuring Advent, Christmas, and nostalgic motifs are displayed.

Admission to the Christmas hike is €7 for adults (children free), with a reasonable portion of the proceeds benefiting the Lebenshilfe Radstadt. As we aim to reduce plastic use, we kindly ask you to bring your own cup for the free punch!
