The National Park to Get to Know

All sorts of interesting information about Austria's only steppe national park! What are the tasks of a national park? How are these implemented on-site? And which animals and plants can I encounter here? Participants in this tour will gain insights into the multifaceted world of a national park. And don't worry: in addition to all the information, there will also be plenty of opportunities to experience the colorful wildlife and plant life.

Registration is required by 4 PM the day before. Booking online at: http://www.nationalparkneusiedlersee.at Equipment: Own bicycle, sturdy footwear, weather-appropriate clothing (sun, rain, and wind protection), water bottle. The tour will take place in any weather. The national park reserves the right to adapt the content of the tour flexibly to the respective weather conditions.

Meeting point: National Park Center Illmitz. From here, you will cycle into the section of the national park. An own bicycle is mandatory, but it can be rented from local bike rentals for a small fee.
