Welcome to the depths of exhilaration. Just like the pearl divers of the South Seas and the actors in the film "The Big Blue," you too can soon dive without relying on a scuba tank and regulator. In the freediving course, you will learn to consciously manage your breathing. By suppressing the urge to breathe, you can stay underwater significantly longer. Additionally, you will train pressure equalization and the perfect fin stroke while freediving. This process enhances both concentration and body control. Experience diving in its most primal form!
