Welcome to the tax paradise! Finally, you are in control on the water. After a briefing on safety, handling, and right-of-way rules, you get to take the helm and operate the throttle yourself. Unlike the water, which here lies calm and smooth in the sun, you sweep across the surface like the wind. A quick pull on the throttle and you leave the other boats behind in a flash, or watch as trees, buildings, and pedestrians along the shore fly past you. Board the deck, take the helm, and become the captain yourself!
