Husky Workshop

The Formula for Happiness: A pack of Huskies, a musher, and a sled! Let yourself be swept away by the enthusiasm of the sled dogs. You give the command, and the sporty ride through the white winter wonderland begins. Even before you finish the first lap over snow-covered forest paths, the pack has already accepted you. It feels as if you have always belonged to the team. And if it becomes necessary, an experienced musher will assist you with advice and support. Become a member of the Husky pack and pull together with your companions!

Content

Course Contents
- Introduction to the world of sled dogs
- Preparing and harnessing the dogs
- Instruction in commands
- Learning steering and cornering techniques
- Braking from 20 to 25 km/h
- Route length: about 10 km at approximately 15 km/h (At the location in the Berlin area, the route length is about 6 km.)

Participants
- Voucher valid for 1 person
- Group size: max. 12 people
- Spectators/accompanying persons possible

Duration
- Total duration: approx. 2.5 hours
- Pure experience duration: approx. 1 hour

Equipment & Clothing
To bring: robust, durable, and windproof clothing, ankle-high boots with slip-resistant and sturdy soles, hat, gloves

Participation Conditions
- Minimum age depending on location: 6-18 years (under 18 years only with parental consent)
- Weight: max. 100-120 kg
- Normal physical and mental condition
- No animal hair allergy
