Snowkiting

Discover the coolest variant of kite sports! Pulled by a kite, you shoot across snow and ice on a snowboard or skis. Since you can stand on snow, snowkiting is easier to learn than kitesurfing on water. First, you practice handling the kite, then you strap on your skis or snowboard, and off you go. Professionals reach speeds of up to 70 km/h, perform breathtaking jumps with soft landings, ride on untouched snowfields using wind energy, and kick up fresh powder snow. Do something cool again and set your course for this crazy winter sports trend!

Content:
- 60-minute theoretical introduction (safety, wind, etc.)
- First training session with a practice kite without skis or snowboard. Here, participants try to steer correctly and look for a wind window.
- Complete kite equipment provided

Depending on fitness, skill, and progress, small riding and flying attempts with skis or snowboard will be made at the end.

Participants:
The voucher is valid for one person. Spectators are always welcome!

Duration:
Plan for a whole day. Depending on the location, the experience itself lasts between 4 and 5 hours.

Equipment & Clothing:
- Own skis or snowboard
- Ski clothing
- The complete kite equipment is provided by the partner.

Participation requirements:
- Minimum age between 12 and 14 years
- Depending on the provider, participants under 18 can only take the course accompanied by a parent.
- You should be able to manage a blue slope with a snowboard or skis.
- Generally, the experience is designed as a taster course.
