Diving Taster Course

Surface, dive, submerge – your entry into the underwater world is that simple. After learning about the functioning of the diving equipment at the pool's edge, it's time to head into the pool. You will first dive down to the bottom and make yourself comfortable there. Gradually, you will get a feel for how to ascend and descend by adjusting the air in your vest. And if questions, problems, or sharks arise, a friendly diving instructor is always nearby. Dive into the weightlessness of the fascinating underwater world!

Course content for beginners in the pool:
- Theoretical introduction
- Practical exercises
- Supervision by an experienced diving instructor
- Professional rental equipment
- Participant voucher valid for 1 person

Duration:
- Total duration: approx. 3-4 hours
- Actual experience duration: approx. 1-2 hours

Equipment & clothing:
- To bring: swimwear
- If available, bring: snorkel, mask, fins

Participation requirements:
- Minimum age depending on location: 8-15 years (under 18 years only with parental consent)
- Normal physical and mental condition
- Must be able to swim
- Glasses wearers: need contact lenses
