All Saints' Day is a Christian festival that commemorates all saints – including those who have not been canonized – as well as the many saints whose holiness is known only to God. It is celebrated in the Western Church on November 1st, and in the Orthodox Churches on the first Sunday after Pentecost. All Saints' Day is a major feast of the Catholic Church and a Principal Feast of the Anglican Church.
