Elevate Festival

When winter slowly gives way in early March, Graz transforms into a stage for contemporary culture: From March 5 to 8, 2026, the Elevate Festival once again brings together music, art, and socio-political themes. Venues include the Dom im Berg, the Forum Stadtpark, and the Schlossberg – well-known places that open up new perspectives during the festival. The motto for 2026 is "Vital Signs." It focuses on signs of life in times of global upheaval – artistically, socially, and politically. International guests from theory, activism, and culture will shape discussions, workshops, and talks. Many program items are accessible free of charge.

In the evenings, sound and light take over: exhilarating DJ sets, live concerts, and audiovisual performances turn Graz into a pulsating soundscape. The mix of electronic music, installations, and discourse programs creates connections – between people, themes, and spaces. For years, the Elevate Festival has been a fixed point for those seeking more than just entertainment. It brings new ideas to Styria and shows that the Graz experience region is not only beautiful but also smart, critical, and creative.
