Equipment & Clothing:
- Winter-appropriate, warm clothing
- Comfortable, warm winter shoes
- Good gloves and a hat
- 2 pairs of socks and ski underwear
- Towel for the sauna
- Headlamp or flashlight
- Sunglasses and sunscreen

On-site, a warm sleeping bag with a freshly washed liner will be provided for you.
