Biathlon Workshop

Take aim at this fascinating sport! In the Biathlon Workshop, you can expect intriguing insights into one of the most exciting sports that winter has to offer. You'll use the path to the biathlon arena to improve your cross-country skiing technique. Then, you'll finally stand at the shooting range, and the so-called "sewing machine" will feel like a jackhammer to you. But that's no reason to throw in the towel. With tips from real professionals, you'll quickly improve your hit rate. In the concluding team competition, you can demonstrate the skills learned during biathlon training under competitive conditions. Ski across the course and hit the target with great enthusiasm!

Content:
- Supervision by trained instructors
- Small-caliber or laser rifle, including learning and optimizing cross-country skiing technique
- Introduction to handling the small-caliber or laser rifle
- Tips for improving your shooting technique
- Commemorative photo and shooting targets as souvenirs (depending on the organizer)

Participants:
- Voucher valid for 1 person
- Group size: 6 to 20 participants
- Spectators are warmly welcome

Duration:
- Plan for about 3 to 4 hours.

Equipment & Clothing:
- Warm and functional sports clothing
- Spare outfit for changing
- Hat or headband and gloves
- Cross-country skiing equipment can be rented for an additional fee (depending on the location)

Participation Conditions:
- Minimum age: 14 years
- Under 18 years with signature of a legal guardian
- Good physical and mental condition
- Not during pregnancy
- No health restrictions such as asthma, herniated discs, diabetes, or cardiovascular issues
- Glasses wearers should preferably use sports glasses or contact lenses.
