Filipp Frosch

Since 1985, Marko Simsa has been bringing classical concerts and theater pieces for children to the stage as a director and actor.

During this time, approximately 30 different productions have been created with a variety of casts. Particularly, the conception and dramaturgical preparation of concerts for young audiences have earned him praise from both small and large visitors. The search for new ways to present classical music to children is at the forefront of his work. Excursions into other musical styles such as Latin American folk music, boogie-woogie, or a cappella singing bring fresh air and diversity, while so-called "crossover projects" (e.g., with "Triology" from Vienna, "Tri-Percussion" from Germany, "Safer Six A Cappella," the "Noise Artists," and the "Jungle Orchestra") round out the offerings.

The current productions are:

Piano Hits for Children, Strauss for Children, Bombo, Poncho & Guitar, Mozart for Children, Vivaldi for Children, Mozart for Children, Filipp Frog, and Vivaldi for Children.

Admission is free for children under 2 years!
