Become a Falconer! Get up close and personal with birds of prey At the Falconer Experience in Wunsiedel, you will be right there as hawks, buzzards, and falcons are fed and trained. Watch breathtaking flight maneuvers of these raptors and learn more about the practice of falconry. Feel the powerful talons digging into your glove as you hold the majestic bird and try to give it a command yourself. Hawks, buzzards, and falcons are just waiting to meet you and show you their agile hunting flights! Be part of it and experience the unique practice of falconry!

Content Falconer Experience Day
- Brief introduction to falconry
- Observe and feed birds of prey
- Get to know the different birds of prey and their personalities
- Training methods and handling
- Assist with animal care and training of the birds

Participants
- Voucher valid for 1 person
- Accompanying person possible from around 1:30 PM (minimum age: 16 years, additional cost: €9)

Duration
- Plan for about 1 day (approximately 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM)

Equipment & Clothing
- To bring: weather-appropriate clothing, sturdy footwear

Participation Requirements
- Minimum age: 16 years
- Normal physical and mental condition
- No drug or alcohol problems
- No issues with handling meat and its preparation as food for the birds
