The market day on March 14, 2026, is all about the motto "It's Getting GREENER," and visitors can look forward not only to a wide variety of seasonal organic vegetables but also to a delightful market menu featuring early greens, ceramic handicrafts, and much more!
Time: 09:00 AM - 01:00 PM. To kick off the fasting season, the Hochwimmer family from the Sigleß fish farm will treat guests to herring delicacies in the form of fresh fish salads in various varieties, fish spreads, and various smoked fish specialties.
Bring your fruit tree sapling: as always in March, the popular FRUIT TREE grafting campaign to preserve old fruit tree varieties will take place at the Markt der Erde in Lutzmannsburg this year! In line with the market motto "It's Getting Greener," a spring-themed MARKET MENU featuring early GREENS will be served in the market kitchen starting at 11:00 AM!
