Time: 09:00 AM - 01:00 PM The CARNIVAL SEASON has always been the time for the traditional "SAUTANZ." Accordingly, there will be specialties at several market stalls such as fresh GRAMMELN, pâtés, bacon, and lard in various varieties, including from the Mangalitza pig as well as various WILD specialties.
Starting at 11:00 AM, a REAL FAT market menu will be served in the MARKET KITCHEN!
