Convince yourself and learn the basics of this popular winter sport in a one-day biathlon course. The biathlon training offers you a comprehensive introduction to handling the weapon, as well as instructions for the correct skating and shooting techniques. In the biathlon relay at the end of the day, you will put your newly acquired knowledge into practice and prove what an excellent biathlete is hidden within you. Get skating and aim for a winter sports day full of fun and action.

Content:
- One-day biathlon course
- Supervision by former professional biathletes and specially trained coaches
- Introduction to shooting technique and handling of the small-caliber rifle
- Small-caliber rifle and ammunition (as used in the World Cup)
- Learning or improving skating technique
- Final competition in the form of a biathlon relay
- Participant voucher valid for 1 person
- Group size: 6-12 people
- Spectators allowed (free)
- Duration: Approximately 7 hours (including introduction and breaks)

Equipment & Clothing:
To bring: Weatherproof functional or sports clothing, hat, gloves, sports glasses, change of clothes
Provided: Skating skis, skating shoes, skating poles (for a fee of €20.00)

Participation requirements:
- Minimum age: 17 years
- Good physical and mental condition
- No pregnancy
- No health restrictions such as asthma, herniated discs, diabetes, or cardiovascular issues
- Glasses wearers should preferably use sports glasses or contact lenses
