24. Playing in the Church Alley

The joy of music connects young and old, locals and guests. Together, they play casually, and the sheer pleasure of making music shapes this festival. The sounds consist of local folk music, Viennese Bradlmusi, and also Irish music.

Once here, once there, groups form and play together on their violins before one or another moves on. The atmosphere in the cozy Kirchengasse has attracted more and more musicians to find their way to Bad Goisern on Lake Hallstatt on the first Sunday in September in recent years.

We warmly invite you to join us as we play the violin and fiddle again, always on the first Sunday in September from noon in Kirchengasse and in the courtyard of Schloss Neuwildenstein in Bad Goisern. The surrounding hosts ensure your culinary well-being!

Enjoy this wonderful atmosphere! If the weather doesn’t cooperate, music will be played in the nearby designated venues.
