Wine Blossom Hike

Experience & enjoy WINE (MOUNTAINS)! On the weekend of June 5 - June 6, 2026, the Lutzmannsburg Winegrowers Association invites you to the Wine Blossom Hike once again. Excellent wines, exquisite delights, and a dreamlike ambiance await wine and nature enthusiasts as the kickoff to the red wine experience year 2026 is celebrated over two days on the Lutzmannsburg high plateau. The event begins in the early afternoon and ends at dusk, and admission is free! Wine and nature-loving guests will once again have the unique opportunity to meet the Lutzmannsburg winemaking families and taste their wines at their place of origin. The Wine Blossom Hike follows the usual 2.3 km long paved circular path along the vineyards and is easily accessible and barrier-free for all age groups: whether strolling leisurely or walking briskly, with a stroller or child’s cart, on horseback, or on a bicycle.

With a glass of Lutzmannsburg Blaufränkisch amidst the blooming vines, the red wine experience in Lutzmannsburg can be discovered and savored in a unique way with all the senses. For those who wish to take a breather and simply enjoy the beautiful natural landscape with a stunning view of Geschriebenstein and the Günser Mountains, and on clear days even far into the Pannonian Plain up to Lake Balaton, comfortable lounge chairs will be available.
