Winter Herb Hike

We will enjoy the fresh air on a short hike and search for the first signs of green. Many herbs accompany us throughout the winter and often announce the arrival of spring, even if still hidden. The ingredients of wild herbs can strengthen our defenses and enrich dishes with flavor, color, and vital nutrients. In the kitchen, we will then cook a hearty, delicious herb soup with the herbs we have collected and brought along, and enjoy it with herb rolls. Recipes and instructions are included in the post.
