Once again, "cheeese" please! Cheese fans, pay attention: From now on, you can easily make your favorite dairy product yourself. In this course, you will learn everything about the beloved cheese and its production. Within a few hours, you will produce a real loaf from liquid milk. Enhanced with herbs and spices, you will give your homemade cheese a personal touch. In the end, you will proudly take your own cheese home. Create your own cheese and hit just the right taste!

Content:
- Making cheese yourself
- Depending on the organizer: production of your own soft cheese variety or a type of feta cheese
- Cheese to take home
- Information about cheese and other dairy products
- Helper Cheese Diploma (at the Gießen location)

Participants:
- Voucher valid for 1 person
- Group size between 2 and 24 people

Duration:
- Plan for 2.5 to 3.5 hours, depending on the organizer.

Equipment & Clothing:
- Aprons and caps are provided on-site for you.

Participation Conditions:
- Gießen area: Minimum age is 16 years.
- Salzburg area: Minimum age is 6 years.
