Your new fitness formula: Performance + Team Spirit + Oxygen = Physical Strength Strengthen your body and do something good for it. The intensive interval training of the fitness boot camp, consisting of 16 sessions of 60 minutes each, combines strength, coordination, and endurance training in one. And one thing is already certain: This training pushes everyone to their individual limits. However, to ensure that fun is not lost, personal trainers provide plenty of motivation and individual support. This makes personal training affordable for you! In addition to physical fitness, the focus of the training camp is primarily on team spirit, as mutual encouragement drives everyone to achieve peak performance. To achieve the best possible results, the boot camp includes not only an effective training program but also a nutrition plan specifically tailored to the training. At the end of the camp, your training success will be assessed through a fitness test. Make team spirit and discipline your training partners, as this is your path to success!

Content:
- 16 sessions of 60 minutes each
- Highly qualified personal trainers
- Final fitness test for success monitoring
- Optional body measurements before and after the fitness boot camp
- Nutrition concept tailored to the training
- Participant groups of 4 to 15 participants
- The voucher is valid for one person
- A one-time trial training session for another person is possible upon registration

Duration:
- 16 sessions of 60 minutes spread over 8 weeks
- The boot camp takes place twice a week

Equipment & Clothing:
- Sportswear, water, and towel
- Training equipment will be provided
- Training primarily uses body weight and small equipment. The multidimensional demands strengthen strength, endurance, balance, reaction, and agility.

Participation Conditions:
- Minimum age 16 years
- Pregnant individuals are excluded
- Beginners, returnees, and advanced participants are welcome
