This via ferrata is simply amazing. From the Alpspitzbahn valley station, take the large-cabin cable car to the Osterfelderkopf, the starting point of your Alpspitze via ferrata tour. You reach the summit via a via ferrata created in 1978, which takes its name from the numerous iron footholds driven into the raw rock. Always hooked into the safety rope, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Garmisch basin. You climb the last section up to the summit through a steeply ascending gully.
