Franz Schubert's cantata "Mirjam's Victory Song" is the first music by a non-Jewish composer for the synagogue. The Schubertiades were characterized by religious freedom. This is complemented by the festive E-flat major mass of the most famous Mattseer, Anton Diabelli, Schubert's publisher – and the brilliant guitar concert by his contemporary Mauro Giuliani, who worked in Vienna for a long time. Beethoven will appear as a surprise guest.
For the first time in Mattsee, the charismatic musician Gordon Safari will perform with his acclaimed ensemble.
