Catering at the Stefansbergalm

For two days, the Stefansbergalm opens its doors to hikers from 12 PM to 6 PM. In addition to drinks, students from the project "Classroom on the Alm" offer a hearty snack made from regional products, as well as homemade baked goods and brews. The special thing is that the high school students live and learn for 10 weeks in the beautiful surroundings of the mountains and forests, and they take care of planning the management themselves. They also engage in the cultivation and preparation of food, addressing questions of nutrition and the ecological aspects of farming, balancing regional and organic practices. Curious?
