Kettle heat at the Crane Bridge

The Crane Bridge is especially a popular gathering place on Thursdays. As part of the Kesselheißen, a traditional Thursday event in Upper Austrian butcheries, fresh sausages such as Frankfurters, Knackers, Debreziners, Cheese Krainers, Spicy Sausages, White Sausages, or Braunschweigers are served with draft beer in our cozy dining rooms. During the warm season, our beer garden is also open on nice weather days. Our Thursday offerings include not only the obligatory sausages but also blood sausage hash, Bosna, goulash, and daily specials. Of course, we also have vegetarian options on Thursdays. At the Crane Bridge, you can enjoy draft beer and Hopfenkönig from the Eggenberg Brewery.
