After an introduction to tasting techniques and an aroma course, your sensory skills will be trained and sharpened. You will also learn more about aging methods such as steel, wood, and concrete, and their influence on the wine's flavor profile. As a highlight, you can look forward to a blind tasting of 10 single-varietal wines. Here, you can directly test your newly acquired knowledge.
