MAKING CHEESE YOURSELF. A cheese that is made using traditional methods and raw ingredients is something truly special – and it's easy to make yourself! We regularly take the time to share our knowledge in "cheese workshops" with interested participants. Curdling, cutting, stirring, filling – the steps involved in cheese-making are really simple and a lot of fun for both young and old. Just sign up, drop by, and quickly become a hobby cheesemaker!
PROCESS: In the 2.5-hour course, everyone gets to make their own cheese in a copper pot. The homemade soft cheese, which can be used similarly to mozzarella, can be taken home. All steps are carried out practically, and many important theoretical aspects of cheese-making are explained. While the milk curdles, we share interesting facts about our farm and provide insights into the cheese dairy and barn during a farm tour. While the cheese drains, you can taste our farm-made cheese. All beverages, such as coffee, tea, and various juices, are included in the price. Additionally, you will receive a recipe and a certificate for the workshop. Packaging materials and aprons will be provided. You are also welcome to purchase all the utensils for "cheese making" from us afterwards with detailed advice.
