4:30 PM Tea ceremony in the Zen lounge
6:30 – 7:30 PM Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra with Julia

Use of the thermal and sauna landscape until closing time. Redemption of vouchers (1 food/1 drink) all day at the thermal restaurant Red Lotus.

The yoga sessions are suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners - yoga equipment is available.
