- 15 minutes of introductory talk
- 90 minutes of floating including 2 showers
- 15 minutes of relaxation massage with infrared heat or 45 minutes of lying orthosis for disc relief
- 45 minutes of post-float rest in the wine cellar relaxation room (with fireplace in winter)
