Overnight stay in the Frauenwald bunker

Forget "Goodbye Lenin" – the GDR is still alive in the bunker hotel at Rennsteig. No wonder, as the 3,600 m² bunker complex from 1976 has been preserved exactly as it was before the reunification. The nice thing about it: Alongside the authentic beds, you can expect an extensive entertainment program featuring a bunker tour, guard change, and a rustic dinner cooked together, which will transport you back to the year of the reunification.
