• Opening of the event, Vespa Village & Event Office at 2:00 PM
• Come together & Roller talk starting at 2:00 PM
• Registration & distribution of starter packages from 3:00 PM
• Group ride to a sightseeing spot at 4:00 PM
• Driver meeting & briefing at 7:00 PM
• Fuel talks starting at 8:00 PM in the town hall cellar (under Volkshaus)
• Parc fermé at Volkshaus (Tele parking lot)

Saturday, September 5, 2026:
• Come together & Short Coffee starting at 7:00 AM
• Registration & distribution of starter packages from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM
• Driver meeting & briefing at 7:45 AM
• Scooter blessing at 8:00 AM
• Parc fermé in front of the town hall from 7:45 AM to 8:30 AM
• Start of the tour from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM
• Finish of the tour from 5:40 PM to 6:40 PM
• Gala dinner with award ceremony starting at 8:00 PM
• Vespa party afterwards in the city area

Sunday, September 6, 2026:
• Come together & Short Coffee starting at 8:00 AM
• Dismantling of the event and farewell by around 12:00 PM
