Sound Bowl Massage

Content: Full body massage with various sizes of singing bowls and possibly cymbals. Resting time, depending on the location, including grounding through the feet.

Duration: Approximately 45 - 90 minutes (depending on the organizer).

Equipment & Clothing: Please bring comfortable clothing.

Participation requirements: No age restrictions. Normal mobility. Physical and mental health (no acute herniated disc). Not during the first three months of pregnancy.
