Ski Touring Charity in Dachstein West

Climbing Altitude and Doing Good For all altitude climbers, the first major Ski Touring Charity Event organized by Dachstein West and the Bezirksblätter Salzburg will take place on Saturday, March 7, 2026, along the Atomic Backland ski touring route at the Rußbacher Hornspitz. All participants are invited to achieve as many ski touring ascents or altitude meters as possible between 07:00 and 17:00. The start is possible at any time, and at least one ascent should be completed. The event is aimed at both professional and amateur ski tourers, either in individual rankings or as a team of four. The net proceeds will be donated. Additionally, all participants and spectators can look forward to a great supporting program with workshops and raffles.
