Spring hike to wild garlic and more.

Together, we will embark on a search for spring herbs, as they are particularly rich in healing ingredients. During a hike along the Innbach, we can discover many young herbs that are still a bit hidden, such as butterbur, garlic mustard, and especially wild garlic. With these special powerhouses that strengthen our immune system, we will prepare a healthy, tasty soup and learn a lot of interesting facts about their use and effectiveness. It is possible to safely collect various herbs in small quantities under guidance, paying attention to their distinctive features to distinguish them from toxic plants. If you're interested, please bring a small basket or cloth bag and scissors!
