For more than 650 years, the story of Robin Hood has been told. Why does this legend still interest people of all ages and diverse backgrounds? Well, there’s the matter of the romanticized outlaw: the charismatic hero with his band of outlaws roaming the forest. Furthermore, the story also addresses the big questions: What can and do we want to do to make this world a better place? How radically do we stand up against the arbitrariness of the powerful? Robin Hood takes an extreme approach: he takes bow and arrow and thus takes the redistribution into his own hands, introducing his own form of wealth tax with the motto "Take from the rich, give to the poor."
