New Year's Blowing

Traditionally, the local brass band of Obertraun divides into 3 groups, wandering from house to house, wishing everyone a happy and healthy new year with short, cheerful musical pieces.
On December 30, 2026, at midnight, all 3 New Year's blower groups will meet at the town square for the traditional year-end serenade.
From 10:30 PM, a punch stand will take care of the physical well-being of the listeners!
