On Ash Wednesday, we kick off the Lent season with a culinary evening full of creativity, flavor, and lightness. The evening begins with an amuse-bouche, followed by appetizers served family-style. Next, the main course and dessert will be served—fresh, refined, and prepared with a lot of love. The focus, of course, is on fine fish dishes that are presented fresh and artfully combined, complemented by traditional Lenten foods that are light and simply delicious.
