Included in the Sushi Masterclass:
- Welcome drinks at the restaurant "das Linsberg"
- Guided sushi workshop at Hotel & Spa Linsberg Asia - Duration: 4 hours
- All fresh ingredients for sushi preparation (a vegan version of the workshop is not possible)
- Joint tasting of the dishes
- Use of high-quality kitchen equipment and utensils during the course
- Unlimited beverage buffet during the course (non-alcoholic drinks, mineral water, white wine, coffee)

Course Content and Schedule
The sushi masterclass begins with a welcome of participants at the restaurant "das Linsberg" and includes shopping and product knowledge, an introduction to the necessary ingredients and utensils, followed by a step-by-step explanation of how to make various types of sushi:
- Overview of the culture & history of sushi
- Introduction to tools and ingredients
- The basics of sushi preparation
- Making classic maki rolls with various fillings: sashimi, oishi sushi, nigiri sushi, maki sushi, temaki sushi, gunkan maki, …
- Techniques for rolling and cutting maki sushi
- Folding techniques for hand-rolled sushi
- Cutting techniques for fish (e.g., sashimi cut) and vegetables
- Preparation of sushi rice
- Tips for presenting sushi (plating, garnishing)
