The meditation garden is part of the excursion destination "Kartause Aggsbach." The garden aims to make the former cell block of the monastery visible again in the form of "green architecture."
Also worth seeing are the Gothic church, the stone barn, a mineral exhibition with a focus on Lower Austria, and the Pehn blacksmith shop - the former tool smithy of the monastery.
In the new shop and visitor information point, the famous "Chartreuse liqueurs" (herbal liqueurs) are also offered, among other things.
Guided tours provide insights into the modern interpretation and historical background. Registration for tours is requested at 02753 83010.
