Bike park riding technique training specifically for ladies! Casual and pressure-free, explore and expand your limits while having fun with like-minded individuals! Our Ladies Camp is definitely the right choice for you! For beginners and advanced ladies! Group assignments will be made based on prior knowledge. We are happy to advise you. Content: Basic riding techniques, proper braking, all safety techniques, weight shifting (SSP) *SSP = System Center of Gravity (body center of gravity including equipment & bike), tables, drops, doubles, wallrides, advanced techniques, and much more! Descents and trail selection based on skill level and needs. Start: 09:30 AM to approximately 03:00 PM Minimum age: 14 years - younger ladies are welcome upon request. Level: *Beginner (no to minimal prior knowledge) **some prior knowledge ***Advanced ****Experienced All courses in small groups; Meeting point: Bike School Elements (valley station Leoganger Bergbahnen, in Sport Mitterer) What you need: A bike suitable for the bike park in perfect condition, helmet and protective gear are mandatory for all bike park activities! We reserve the right to make last-minute program changes for safety reasons (weather). All prices include 20% VAT, excluding accommodation, lift tickets, meals, and rentals!
