Brewing Course COMPACT December

The Compact Brewing Course is ideal as an introduction, for after-work activities, or as an entertaining leisure program. Under the guidance of an experienced brewer, this introductory course offers a great overview of all the steps involved in the artisanal brewing of an Austrian Märzen beer. All Compact Brewing Courses take place at the Beer Culture House and guarantee active participation in all steps of brewing, along with professional support, as well as unlimited draft beer, soft drinks, coffee & tea, and lunch or dinner: a pair of white sausages with pretzel. Participants will receive a Brewer's Honor Certificate as a "Brewing Assistant," high-quality beer-themed farewell gifts, and optionally, the bottling of the self-brewed beer in 0.75l bottles including labeling and shipping within the EU (cost: €7.50 gross per bottle).

Duration of the event: approximately 4 hours.
