Summer Pleasure Tour - at the Wine Quarter Sparkling Wine Manufactory

In the Weinviertel sparkling wine manufactory of the Hugl family, sparkling wine has been produced using the traditional method in Stützenhofen in the northern Weinviertel since 1979. With great sensitivity and expertise, products are created that reflect the character of the Weinviertel. A lot of emphasis is placed on producing the perfect base wine.

Experience the journey from wine to the finished bottle of sparkling wine directly in the sparkling wine cellar. Many manual steps are necessary, from the filling station, through the sparkling wine cellar, to disgorging!
