Democracy is under pressure; something has gone out of balance. The political world is in motion. It can make you feel a bit dizzy. We may stand firmly on the ground of the Basic Law, but somehow it used to feel more stable. "Project Equilibrium" is a program about the search for balance in a world that has gone awry - a satirical and furious dance on the edge of the apocalypse. Claus von Wagner's latest program combines the tradition of American stand-up comedy with topics that are, quite frankly, not funny at all, and words like debt brake, special funds, climate crisis, inheritance tax reform, or inequality suddenly become strangely entertaining! No idea how he does it, but one thing is certain: it promises to be a damn good evening. Nothing less. And sometimes even a little more.
