DRACULA at the Knight's Castle Lockenhaus

The story of DRACULA is told in three acts and is based on Bram Stoker's masterpiece. Several parts of the production take place in different rooms and outdoor areas. The impressive ambiance of the venue supports the authentic realization of the story.

You will wander through the castle with the ensemble led by Thomas Koziol and experience the thrilling hunt for the king of vampires up close. Visual and pyrotechnic effects, as well as interactive sequences, will send chills down your spine and turn this exciting theme into an impressive theater evening in an extraordinary setting! Goosebumps guaranteed!

The production is spread throughout the entire castle complex, so some stairs will need to be climbed. Please ensure you wear comfortable footwear and appropriate clothing for outdoor conditions! The performance takes place in all weather, so there may be weather-related external influences (cold, wind, rain, snow). Duration of stay in the outdoor areas: Act 1 approx. 20 minutes & Act 3 approx. 15 minutes. Act 2 takes place in the knights' hall or in the heated festival hall with event-appropriate seating.
